{a} Absolutely! Feel free to make an appointment in person or over the phone. 

{q} Does The Ritzy Rose do custom work?

{a} The Ritzy Rose started as a custom company and has continued with that.  For custom bouquets read more here.  Aside from bouquets The Ritzy Rose is happy to discuss customizing any of their items for you.  Email them to learn more about it.

{q} Can The Ritzy Rose recreate sold products seen on the website?

{a} Many of The Ritzy Rose items are made from unique vintage pieces and therefore an exact replication is often impossible. The aesthetic of the item can often be recreated. This would be a custom order that you would work with the designer on.

{q} Where can I find vintage goods from The Ritzy Rose?

{a} The Ritzy Rose moved their vintage department over to Vintage Diehls, a vintage apparel and accessory brand. It is run by Jen & Jason of The Ritzy Rose.

{q} What do you mean by Made in the USA?

{a} All of The Ritzy Rose's items are crafted in their studio in Central Ohio.  Vintage pieces are sourced mainly in the US and other components are sourced throughout the United States and world.  Read more in the about section.

{a} Deposits are required for custom work from The Ritzy Rose.  For stock items full payment is required.
