Damaged or incorrect items will be fully refunded, as well as things you feel were not accurately described or portrayed in their listing. Please contact The Ritzy Rose within 10 days of the item's arrival. If you are not happy with a non-custom item, it can be returned within 10 days for a full refund, but the entire cost of shipping will be paid by customer and items are to return in the same condition as they were sent. Please contact The Ritzy Rose before 10 days and prior to shipping it back.

Many items are in vintage condition, so please zoom in on the images. Major flaws are noted and detailed pictures are available.

Custom items that you are not satisfied with can be returned, but because of time invested and the fact it was specifically designed for you, only 1/2 of the product's cost will be returned and shipping will be paid by the customer. If there is a major miscommunication or error please let us know and we can discuss other actions. Like many Ritzy Rose items, many situations may be unique.
