Allegedly Christmas Cards

It's the most wonderful time of the year. Allegedly.

This Christmas card exists for the gap between those two sentences, the one you're supposed to feel and the one you're actually feeling when the lights are tangled and the list isn't done and you have somehow stressed yourself straight past the spirit you were trying to have. That gap is real. This card says so.

The design is genuinely pretty: watercolor string lights, a clean serif, the whole Christmas image. And then allegedly sitting quietly at the bottom, doing what one word can do when it's the right one. It doesn't complain. It just tells the truth.
