Pixel Halloween Card Set

$30 USD

These cards look like something you can almost hear. The pixel art ghosts and grim reapers and vampires carry that specific sound, the bleeps, the little death jingle, the wah wah wah, and the whole thing lands before you can explain why it got you.

What the pixel style does to Halloween is take the scary out and leave only the good part. A grim reaper in blocky retro graphics stops being ominous and becomes exactly what Halloween felt like when you were a kid, exciting and a little ridiculous and completely yours. Video games were childlike. Halloween was childlike. These cards collapse both at once, and the nostalgia hits twice.

The designs are bold and flat and graphic, built in saturated teal, orange, purple, and black, with phrases that match: halloween mood, You're wicked cool, UGH... WITCHES. The set is 24 folded cards, 4 x 5.5 inches, designed and printed in-house in Columbus, Ohio.

Whoever gets one of these isn't getting a Halloween card. They're getting handed something they forgot they missed.
