Eight planets, one sun, the whole solar system on a card small enough to mail.
The design does something quietly strange: it takes something that dwarfs every human idea of large and arranges it so you can see all of it at once. Mercury at the bottom, Neptune at the top, Jupiter wide in the middle where it belongs. The navy watercolor field around them sits somewhere between a chart and a dream, which is probably why it reads as both scientific and a little cosmic. People who live for Saturn's rings land here. So do people who think in planetary alignments. The design earns both without trying to.
There is no text on the card. No message built in, no occasion assumed. What gets sent is the image itself, which says, quietly: I thought about where we actually are.
Most of the time the universe is just too big to look at. This makes it feel, for a second, like something you can hold. Comes as a set of 24 folded cards, 4 x 5.5 inches, blank inside, designed and printed in-house in Columbus, Ohio.
