The Ritzy Rose utilizes United States Postal Service (USPS) for all shipping

All items are shipped within two business days of payment received (with the exception of custom items).

US Shipping:

Shipping is all done through USPS. We ship small orders First Class and timing can be 3-5 business days. Most shipping is done by Priority Mail. Timing can be 2-3 business days. The Ritzy Rose insures items, but is not responsible for items stolen. If you have concerns please email and a signature confirmation can be added for a small fee.

Multiple Items:

TheRitzyRose.com is setup to combine shipping. If you feel your shipping rate is inaccurate or run into any problems email The Ritzy Rose.

In Store Pick Up

We certainly are happy for all customers in the Central Ohio area to pick up items in the store. It is very easy to make this happen, just add the coupon code "INSTOREPICKUP" to any order that you want to pickup and you will not be charged for shipping. If you make a mistake, just contact us and we can make the adjustment.

International Shipping:

The Ritzy Rose is happy to ship throughout the world. Rates are provided worldwide. Items are all shipped First Class International via United States Postal Service.  Tracking information will be provided.

The shipping rates for multiple items are generated by a shipping calculator.  If you feel there is an error in your estimated shipping fees, please email The Ritzy Rose. We aim to be as accurate as possible.

International shipping times vary and cannot be guaranteed. First Class International normally is 10-15 business days while Priority can be 6-10 business days (which can be requested during order, additional fees apply). Email The Ritzy Rose if you would like to change your shipping type.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PLEASE NOTE: The Ritzy Rose pays for the shipping of the order from monies paid by customer, but does not pay for any fees or duties charged by your individual country. Please contact your country for any questions.
